Trail Ride At Silver Lake

August 20-25, 2017

Red Oak BBQ  will be doing the catering.  A couple evenings there will be an auction/silent auction of donated items.   Specialty drink and Hor’devoures will be served each evening.     The resort bar and restaurant will be open Friday thru Sunday morning.  The ride will have a no host bar available each evening starting Sunday night (Thanks to Hank & Rich MacKenzie).

DOGS will be allowed in camp only.   Early arrival for camping is ok.  The inside meadow camping is an open area behind the logs separating resort campsites and can only accommodate approximately 20 rigs, so reserve early.  There is access to water connections (bring long hose).  There are only 8 sites with trees and these have been reserved.  The meadow has no trees and is best for corrals.  1 to 3 day attendees might be parking on other side of creek behind meadow depending on available space.

Note:

The 22 designated meadow campsites have been reserved and only available if there is a cancellation. The minimum to hold ride will be 55 full week participants.  Deposit checks will not be deposited until this number is reached.

For reservations or information call Judy Meeks (209-532-5858) or email to: [email protected].  Additional flyers/apps on website:  csharegion4.com

It is advisable that horses be shod and in condition.  Please give horses a chance to acclimate, as colic is the most noticeable condition during early days of ride.   Please bring your own hay to feed.  There are Veterinary offices in the Minden/Gardnerville area and you will have to trailer horses there if there are problems.
